Rick Sim Trucking Inc. takes pride in our exceptional communication and leadership skills in making sure everyone is following our company protocol to ensure the fluid is getting hauled in the safest and most efficient manner possible. Rick Sim Trucking is a proud carrier for Cenovus Energy, Canadian Natural Resources, Chronos Recourses, Secure Energy and Talio Ltd.
At Rick Sim Trucking we've installed an overflow protection system on all our trucks and trailers called "ASPS" Advanced Spill Protection System. This system is designed to shut the truck down and close the header manifold valves on the trailers once it has reached the maximum capacity set on the trailer.
Asps Over Flow Protection.
ASPS is an all inclusive spill prevention system that allows an eagle eye view of your fleet anytime anywhere from your cell phone or desktop.
ASPS is programmed to shutdown automatically when the preset fluid level is breached.
ASPS is programmed to shut pumping operations down in sequence. Engine - pump - 10 second delay to isolate trailer by closing header valves. This prevents load hose pressure during the shutdown process.
ASPS is fully testable to ensure that the system is preventing spills and promoting operator accountability at all times.
ASPS is CSA approved and intrinsically safe with a class 1, Division 2 field rating.
ASPS is Nema 4x certified to ensure seamless operation in extreme weather
Rick Sim Trucking Inc. implemented a digital/paperless ticketing system in January 2020, which better provides our customers with their daily costs and spending costs for all hourly charges. This allows us to see any fluid transfer tickets in real time once the ticket has been created to resolve any ticketing issues in a timely matter.
During COVID-19 it has ensured the ability to minimize the interactions between individuals thus safe social distancing between our drivers and well operators and allowing us to email any fluid transfer tickets and hourly charges to well operators to ensure everyone's safety.
